Mitochondrial therapy

From biology lessons, we know that mitochondria are the “power plants of our cells.” It is therefore obvious that optimal mitochondrial function is the basis for optimal energy levels.
Sooner or later, every chronic illness leads to a mitochondrial dysfunction. However, it is not "just" our energy that suffers, but also the performance of our immune system. Poor mitochondrial performance also increases the risk of chronic inflammatory processes, which can further worsen mitochondrial performance.
Our mitochondria need a variety of specific nutrients – and enough of them so that energy production does not stagnate.
Environmental toxins, increased formation of free radicals or some medications can also reduce mitochondrial performance.

Please feel free to book an appointment so that we can explore and optimize your mitochondrial function together.
